Beyond the Velvet Rope (250-500 guests): Create a club atmosphere designed for your group. Bouncers closely guard the club's "velvet rope" entrance. As attendees arrive they are quickly whisked inside to enjoy the exclusive bar or lounge in comfortable sofas and enjoy the tapas style buffet. For those interested in hitting the dance floor, the club boasts a hot DJ renowned for a participative style - guests may even be invited to spin a few tunes themselves.
Building for a Cause (100-150 guests): Your group will assemble bicycles to be donated to a local children's organization, which you may schedule the delivery during your event. While building the bikes, your participants will enjoy a child inspired afternoon break with their peers.
Celebrity Chef Challenge (50-150 guests): Do you think you are the next celebrity chef? Find out in this highly interactive event with hands-on participation. Guests create a complete meal and are judged by either the hotel team or fellow participants. Each team is given a menu and a chef to help guide them through the process of designing the dish, cooking from scratch and plating the meal. Add a video recording to create your own food network.
Dinner in the Green (25-100 guests): Guests learn about sustainable and organic foods through interactions with our chef and a local organic farmer. This event provides insightful information about growing and raising foods in a sustainable and organic environment.
Drive-in Movie (250-1,000 guests): A classic movie of your choice is displayed on a big screen, or you may choose multiple movies set in different rooms. Guests will enjoy hot buttered popcorn, freshly made pizza, nachos, candy bars, and a classic menu of great comfort food and drink.
Fun with wii (150-1,000 guests): An open-flow reception program with multiple wii game systems arranged around a reception area. Guests may enjoy a drink and participate in a variety of wii games for both groups and one-on-one activities such as bowling, guitar hero, rock band, tennis, and baseball.
Game Night for Everyone (250-1,000 guests): Don't let the 'big' game conflict with your event. This event engages both non-sports fans and diehard alike. Big screens placed in strategic locations feature key games and classic TV shows, while the room is arranged with a variety of interactive games: air hockey, pool, knock hockey, basketball, and classic games including Pictionary, Trivial Pursuit, or pin ball. The menu features a game theme, with a beer bar, and wait staff dressed as a referee or your favorite team attire.
Indoor Field Day (250 minimum guests): A throw back to your elementary school days. Get the competitive juices flowing with this great networking and ice breaker event. Teams compete for prizes in the three legged race, bean bag toss, crab walk relay, jump rope and hula hoop contest. Your guests will enjoy classic picnic food and beverages in a park like setting with picnic benches.
Rock n' Roll Dinner (100 guests): Music is the night's inspiration. The buffet meal is inspired by an old-fashion diner, where guests may interact with a live DJ spinning tunes. For memories your guests will always treasure, they may jump in the photo booth for an impromptu photo shoot and take home instant 4x6 photos (which print in just 8 seconds).
Rock Star Karaoke: Get your team rolling as they rock with a live band. Your guests can live their rock star dreams singing along karaoke style with the band. Teams can also create their own lyrics to classic songs. Watch your teams really get into the groove preparing not only costumes, but also choreography for their performance. A sumptuous buffet and multiple bars await your guests upon their arrival as they get ready to rock.
