Located in our Boston Waterfront hotel, Sauciety is a modern American grill with a culinary twist that builds upon high-quality regional cuisine, and focuses on a variety of unique and flavorful sauces, spreads, dips and chutneys. The Sauciety menu features a selection of meats and fish that are simply grilled or pan-roasted. Guests are then able to select two out of 15 unique sauces to accompany the entrée. The Sauciety experience is unlike anything else in Boston. Feel free to be daring and customize your meal and share with your friends and family - our head chef Brian Anderson encourages it.
Sauciety Boston features a semi-private dining room which can hold up to 75 guests for a reception, 65 guests for a seated meal and 50 guests with a buffet offering. A special event menu is available for our large party functions and our chefs can personalize a menu especially for your event.
